Jenkins' impeccable logic wins yet again in panel 3.
There will always be men like that. Tragically, they're not gay, they want to have sex with women, they just don't like women.Someday soon there will be realistic sex robots. They already make realistic sex dolls, now all they will need is some servo motors, programmable with as many movements as an average "massage-your-back" chair.Heterosexual men who are also mysogynists can buy robots and leave us live women alone, and everyone will be happier.
Jenkin's logic approaches impeccability: when you have nothing to gain, you have nothing to lose.
Jenkins has a point. No real reason not to burp.
Now I can't help but picture what a gentle burp in the face would actually look like. Thank you.
Jenkins, Athena doesn't want to sleep with you, but doing things she likes is good practice for when you meet women who haven't made up their minds yet.
Jenkins should stand silently in the corner. Of a different room. In a different building.
Scott, I think that this is a lost cause. As panel 3 shows, Jenkins has ascended to a superhuman plane of apathy, in which the cares of others are utterly insignificant. Because why bother with them?
That's not apathy, that's sociopathy.
Scott, since you've hinted there will be a third magic 2.0, any hint as to the plot, setting, or further exploration of the world you've created?
Note from Scott: There's nothing official I can say yet, except that book three is being edited now, and that I'm quite proud of it. I promise, as soon as the book is fully finalized I'll give more detail. Thanks so much for caring enough to ask!
This reminds me in some ways of my son's attitude towards life. He's thirteen, though, so we still have a chance to inculcate better behavior, if nothing else. His therapist assures me that he's not a sociopath, because he'd have better people skills if he were.
Only the most pathetic of men would want such a robot. Do you have a web-site for that?
Is "Spell or High Water" going to be released on other formats? I picked up Off to Be The Wizard in some DRM free epub format which you originally linked to, does your deal with Amazon mean that a similar edition won't be happening for the next 2 books? Do I need to install the Kindle app on my tablet now?(Sorry if you've already answered this question).
Note from Scott: Thanks for asking. My understanding is that the Kindle edition is DRM free, but you're right, neither it, nor the next book will not be on any other services as an e-book.
Dee, your idea of a better world is a big step down from what I hoped for when I was young. But right now, looking around, your version seems pretty good. Yay sex robots.
He should just cover his mouth.I don't mind when guys do stuff like that near me because at least then I know they aren't trying to sleep with me.
Dee: Sadly enough, for those men, it's about the conquest of women, it's about status. Robots, no matter how realistic, won't make them feel like "real men".
"Welp, still need a woman even if we gots the sex robots. I mean, who do you think is going to clean 'em up afterwards?"
