I just noticed that Rocket Hat doesn't talk...but it doesn't diminish his awesomeness. And the self-destruct code for his hat. Maybe he doesn't speak because he has a girly falsetto voice. Hahahahaha
Actually, this whole thing reminds me very closely of MST3K
Waaaay back in season 1, they mocked an old Republic serial over multiple episodes, called "Radar Men From the Moon". The hero of the story was "Commando Cody", who had a rocket powered flying suit. The Moon Men were complete losers, and whole thing is quite similar to this.
