Fantastic that you're re-running these, although you skipped my favorite: HOW TO INVENT A SUPERHERO. I still laugh and laugh at the 3rd panel when you suggest a name for the axe-throwing superhero.
Youngdude: I'm guessing the Rockets were glued to the hat, not the hat to his head. Although I could, of course, be wrong, that would explain the chinstrap.
Hey, wait a minute...Why did Omnipresent Man ask why the Knifeketeer became the Knifeketeer? Wasn't he there when the Knifeketeer's parents got slapped to death, and when he decieded to take up knife play, etc? I'm guessing the details are unimportant <_<.

If Rocket Hat's genesis involved a hot glue gun, why does he need a chinstrap?
The astonishing origin of Rocket Hat!
Rick always gets the best punchlines
Love it as usual. For some reason, I just got the last line in panel 4 the second time around. Brilliant!
Since hot glue is involved, it's not an accident anymore.
It's a catastrophe!
"Slapped to death by a hemophiliac." Wow, if his parents had even let him play with razor blades they could be alive today. When will people learn?
@youngdude the hot glue is not securing the hat to his head, but the rockets to the hat.
Slapped to death by a hemophiliac just made me lose it in the office. I got looks.
Hmm. Omnipresent Man witnessed Rocket Hat's origin accident as well.
Alternate title: How to Create "the Legion of Super Heroes" in City of Heroes.
Although as far as I remember, there's no option for "won your powers in a game of contract bridge". Would that be Science or Magic?
A hot glue gun is just an accident waiting to happen.

so Rocket Hat glued his hands together?

I have so enjoyed these reruns. They're all pure genious.
I'm glad to hear you're recovering well from your tonsillectomy. :)
Perhaps the chinstrap is glued to his chin?

@John: That would probably be Magic. Though the point is moot, since I don't think City Of Heroes has Omnipresent Man's power set anyway.
@Lord Justice: Maybe it happened before Omnipresent Man won his powers.
The origins of the Knifeketeer may be your greatest work of comic genius ever. Feel free to prove me wrong.
Scott, you misspelled "plausible" as the title of the comic.
In panel 3, should that be "contact bridge?"
