No no no, that makes no sense at all. The analogy really goes like this: Imagine you're in a room with a person who *is* crazy, but his brother, who was in the room with you before, wasn't so you decide to give this guy the benefit of the doubt.
The guy says "I'm going to torture your mother to death and rape her corpse until she's just a bloody pile of meat."
"Suuure you are," you reply, winking at your family members. Whereupon he proceeds to do exactly what he said.
Your family screams at you, "OH MY GOD! LOOK WHAT HE'S DOING!!! FOR GOD'S SAKE STOP HIM AND CALL THE COPS!"
"No no," you say, "I'm sure it's all just a big misunderstanding. Don't get hysterical or I'll have to have you committed."
The guy then finishes raping your mother's corpse and tells you, "Okay, your sister's next."
Repeat until he's murdered your entire family, looted your house, and set fire to it.
Wow, this is, I believe, the first time I can remember the instructions themselves having a cynical and sarcastic edge. Usually the characters just make one.
The only thing I am uncertain about is what exactly each thing represents. Especially in Geocracker's analogy. So what does him raping your family represent? How is this related to democrats and republicans?

I thought that the guy in the suit looked a lot like the main character from Eraserhead. Maybe that's just the hairstyle though.
