How to live Your Dreams (Rerun)

Yes, it's a reun. There'll be two more over the course of the next week or so. About this particular one though, I gotta say, looking at it right now, I think it's some of my better work. I hope that doesn't sound too egotistical.

Thanks again for all the donations and subscriptions. I've been getting lots of positive feedback about my decision to just go ahead and post the link to the free gift zip file.  Here it is, in case you didn't get it yet.

And as always, thanks for using my Amazon Affiliate links  (USUKCanada).

Finally one that thoroughly resonates with me! :) I want that car, NOW!

You should just find a way to re-link the original
reader comments to the re-run.
Then we get a little rest break as well!

You are right Scott, this one is awesome.

Why is the world in love again?
Why are we marching hand in hand?
Why are the ocean levels rising up?
It's a brand new album, from 1990,
They Might Be Giants, brand new album,
FLOOD!

I have always loved this one - "wild women who make poor decisions." "It's a solid plan."

October 24, 2012 | Unregistered Commenterphaser

I don't know if it's really better than most but the symmetry makes it stand out. Thou I think it kind of lacks a punchline.

PS: No. it's really good to be auto-critical, both positive and negative.

Nice hair, Scott!

Impressive soul patch, Rick!

Who would have guessed?!

October 24, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterPaddy

Also, It seems that none of those early women made a decision so poor that she ended up with Rick . . .

October 24, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterPaddy

@Author2-rerun: LOL!

It's a pity I didn't post on that one, I could quote myself!

It is a good rerun, but, the date says 2011 :o

It is one of my favorites. I actually still have the impractical muscle car (no fire painted on it though), and I have an economical one that is painted an especially innocuous color. Still waiting for those women though.

October 24, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterAlan

It's a solid comic.

October 24, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterMatt

Sorry Rick, but going after sane women is not a winning strategy for you.

October 24, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterJL

thanks for the link! that's very considerate of you...

October 24, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterRenegade

sane women who make rational decisions? What kind of fantasy world do you live in?

October 24, 2012 | Unregistered Commenterdeimos

Worthy of a re-run!

October 24, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterSpiff

I have to agree, this is one of the best.

October 24, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterFrank

When I was a teen, my car had a color that I called 'grandmother green': light green metallic that said anything but fast. Even when the national speed limit was 55, I could go 80 without ever seeing a flashing light. It was like having a cloaking device!

BroTip: the only reason (straight) guys get cars of ANY kind is to meet women.

BroEdit: the only reason any guys do ANYTHING is to meet sexual partners.

October 24, 2012 | Unregistered Commenterkhereva

Certainly one of the classics! Very good choice for a re-run.

I've had this one hanging in my office for some time.

October 24, 2012 | Unregistered Commenterateamfan42

Sapphire bullets of pure love.

October 24, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterRaketemensch

Yes, this is a good one.

October 24, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterHoney

I know you appreciate spell checking, and this is a particularly bothersome one, though it isn't in the comic. It is the "to" in "I hope that's not to egotistical" it should be "too". Thanks again for being awesome. You have every right to be egotistical. :)

October 24, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterRiver

Did anyone else try to play boggle with Rick's t-shirt? I got 20 words.

October 24, 2012 | Unregistered Commentertimbo

One of my favorites!
Deimos, we are everywhere - you just can't see us because we exercise our sense and reason by never devoting more than 10% of our time, energy and resources to our appearance, so we fall below your standards.
On purpose.

October 24, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterDee

I agree, this is one of my favourites as well.

@khereva, I know you were being funny, but that's just not true at all. I mainly use a car because it makes it easier to buy groceries and takes less time to get to and from work.

And if your second assertion was true, Dungeons and Dragons would not exist.

October 24, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterEsn

Not egotistical at all. This is pure genius. None of that diluted genius stuff.

October 24, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterBre

@timbo: Did you justify left or right? Because the word "RIGHT" should stick out, I would say, to the right.

October 25, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterBabyDoc

This is a masterpiece that deserved to be shown again. I laughed like a drain.

October 25, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterAnne

I just bought a Hyundai. Now thanks to this comic, it will have flames painted on it!! I'll be attracting BOTH types of women! Solid plan.
