Perhaps Mullet Boss is a genius in the most Machiavellian of ways... he forces everyone else back to work, while getting the break room to himself... DIABOLICAL!
Heh, read the first panel and automatically thought, "that should be whom, not who;" read the second panel and realized Scott knows both how the English language works, as well as how to write realistic dialog.
I'll admit that sometimes I think that if I had a large business, I'd gladly hire Mullet Boss to be one of the mid-level guys. As high up as possible without needing to be in the same state as me for most of the time. But then I see a comic with the angry customer, and I remember that moments like these are rare flashes from a dim bulb.

Very tactful for once. Mullet boss's feelings go unscathed.
At least Mullet Boss doesn't stink up the break room with fish every Friday.
I'm not sure whether Mullet Boss is a moron or a genius, either way I would not want to work for him.
Sometime I start laughing when I see your title in my feed reader, just anticipating where you're going to go with it. And yet I still get surprised.
I just realized ... Mullet Boss is wearing a toupee. Somehow that makes Scott more powerful and manly than toupee mullet boss.

And the comic itself is funny, as well. Bonus!
The stinky lunch conundrum. I WISH that the smell would confine itself to the break room.
This is a surprisingly conciliatory edition of BI.

I wish there was a like button for comments. And comics alike. XD
Did Mullet Boss just win? Movies taught me that in (North) America, the underdog always wins.
Pointy-haired mullet!!
Funny how levelheaded the boss looks here. Some may relate to this kind of situation sometimes.
