Note from Scott: Yeah, as we Star Wars/Star Trek fans like to say, "That's not canon!" Lets just assume Omnipresent Man was speaking from inside Rocket Hat's mouth.

We finally get to here Rocket Hat speak and learn that Rick is a cross-dresser. Pretty impressive.
I propose that Rocket Hat didn't talk, but had words put in his mouth by the Ventriloquisitor, who crusades against injustice by faking confessions from the criminals.

Oh I see it. It was Omnipresent man who talked and it looked like it came from Rocket hat, seeing how he's Everywhere. Plus I don't remember Rocket Man having a wife.
This had everything, Scott taking advantage of someone, insulting Rick and outrage. And done in the BI style. Good guest comic.
