I'm not sure I understand the second line of panel 1. He, the prisoner, doesn't... intend to torture you?
I notice that the minion's logo is a masculinity symbol with a lunar twist.
(Note from Scott: I approved this comment, then went away for several hours. When I came back, several people had explained the 2nd line. Nobody was deliberately dog-piling. They just didn't know the matter had already been addressed.)
I wonder if Scott is waiting until the very last strip he ever draws to let Rocket Hat Talk. Kind of like when the 2 Daryl brothers spoke during the last episode of Newhart.
The pose of Lackey #1 in the first panel is . . .. almost exactly the pose I inevitably assumed at some point during every staff meeting I ever attended. I feel for Lackey #1 - he knows that things will not turn out well.
Forget the moonman logo t-shirt, I want the moonman logo jumpsuit ! Like my grandpa used to wear. Ok, maybe they could be neoprene waders I could wear while wadefishing or surfer's wetsuits. And just how does Rocket Hat end up getting captured all the time? Is he attacking the moonmen, or are the moonmen coming down to attack earth ? One more question, is that a new chinstrap on Rocket Hat or are those sideburns?
Scott, I love the leader of the moon men, but every time you draw him I find it twice as hilarious when you include his ridiculous bony knees. Please! More knees!
Classic Steve, he (the prisoner) doesn't know you (the captor) don't intend to torture him. In this case "know" is the verb and therefore what the second sentence is referring to, while all of "you don't intend to torture your prisoner" is a noun clause, object of said verb. Yay, grammar! (I'm such a nerd >.< )
Being both a filthy foreigner and a bear of very little brain I stumbled over the first sentence, too. To quote Steve Krug: Don't Make Me Think (yes, using the good ol' noodlebox is a good thing, mostly). A dash might make it easier to grasp: "You know you don't intend to torture your prisoner--he doesn't."

Amazing. Best one in a long time. I love how in this case, making rocket hat talk would be an achievement regardless of what he said.
Mildly repellent, but still funny.
Long live rocket man and his prophet Scott Meyer!
I love the dialogue in the fourth panel.
I laughed. very hard. thanks for that. i needed it. lol. could the emperor kiss my boo-boo. genius, i say. truly genius.
High-viscosity moon saliva, is that to do with thier lack of gravity? You know what? THE DETAILS ARE UNIMPORTANT
it never occurs to Emperor to have RocketHat's hat removed, that's what makes it a classic.
I want to know how the fractupuncture in the last strip turned out!
Why is rocket hat always captured?
"can the emperor kiss my boo boo?" greatness!
Anthony: Because saying "Please could you not capture me" would ruin his idiot. I mean idiom.
Bwa. Very good.
It also strikes me that the moon men logo could become a tshirt. I may be wrong though.
The act of torturing has never been more amusing...back to my dungeon.

@Classic Steve:
moon + man ;-)
Great job Scott. Nice to see Rocket Had in action again!
Where's Omnipresent Man?
I'm going to start trying to work "I take no erotic pleasure from this act, so stop looking at me like that." into every day conversations.
The pose of Lackey #1 in the first panel is . . .. almost exactly the pose I inevitably assumed at some point during every staff meeting I ever attended. I feel for Lackey #1 - he knows that things will not turn out well.
@Classic Steve: "You KNOW... He doesn't." Hope I'm not the umpteenth person to clarify this for you. Glad to be of service.

I saw Rocket Hat and immediately my day became better.
Thanks for the great comic.
Classic Steve - He, the prisoner, doesn't KNOW that you don't intend to torture him.
But you knew that....

@Classic Steve: He, the prisoner, doesn't know that you, his captor, don't intend to torture him. You know that; he doesn't.
Yes, Earth man, you are to be wet-willieddddd!!!!!!
Classic Steve: The prisoner doesn't know that the captor doesn't intend on using torture.
Classic Steve, it's "The prisoner doesn't [know that you don't intend to torture him]."
I like the image of the minion stretching in the first panel. Or maybe just chillin'.

i guess in this case the details were important!
Hahaha! Awesome indeed.
Rocket hat sure seems to get caught a lot
An imperial moon-willie seems painful, considering the size of His Lunatic Greatness's nails.
Anticipation of pain is almost always worse than actual pain.
"did the burn occur before or after ear penatration?" would it really make a difference?
P.S. yes I know I misspelled some stuff but, THE DETAILS ARE UNIMPORTANT!!
