I just noticed the Moon-Man emblem on the henchman's uniform. Very clever! Is this the first time that he had that emblem, or did I overlook it before?

September 20, 2009 | Unregistered Commentereutychusnerd

Yes! A return of the moon men!

September 20, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterCBS

Hey, thanks for posting early! I can comment from home since I'm now blocked at work... an evil Moon Man Manure plot if I've ever heard one! Great strip tonight!

September 20, 2009 | Unregistered Commentersnowdog

These are my favourites.

The 2nd panel is the best.

September 20, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterEsn

Great comic. I knew working at McDonalds one day would come in handy!

September 20, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterQueenofmuffins

I like that Rocket Hat never says anything.

September 20, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterZach

Did you really work at McDonald's in high school? I am so sorry.

September 20, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterIsaac

rocket hat goon flew off to the moon, only to find moon manuuuuure...

September 20, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterJiggly McSickfingers

And now, for the rest of the week, I will be looking for an excuse to quote "You'll be armed with a battle spatula. Good luck with that" out of context.

September 20, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterRolaran

... Who didn't work at McDonald's during high school?

September 21, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterAnother Rob

And, yet again, my wife must tolerate me making "Basic Instructions" references, this time to Battle Spatulas and Mood-Lead, and my less-enlightened Cow Orkers will be convinced of my insanity.

Thank you, Scott, you make everyone's life more interesting through your comics.

OTFG! I lol'ed myself!

Funniest. Comic. Ever.

September 21, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterAtheismo

Great idea to use the ´battle spatula´... LOL

September 21, 2009 | Unregistered Commenterreader

Excellent. I will also be looking for an excuse to use that quote.

September 21, 2009 | Unregistered Commenterfalkin42

This was a pretty darned good strip. And then it got to the part about pressing out the juices. That put it over the top for sure.

Thank you, Scott, for making these just for me!

September 21, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterSimon

Moon Man's intelligence agency failed to detect that Rocket Hat had a WMD, a Weapon of McDonalds! ahhhh, the battle spatula. I haven't seen of those used since the movie Stripes.

September 21, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterJames Yeamans

Another thing, just what is the length of Moon man's coat, above or below the knees? It doesn't look the same.

September 21, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterJames Yeamans

The Magnificent Robe lands just above the knees, as any long-time fan (or anyone else who has gone through the archives) will know. You must be neither of those, James Yeamans. And so, to the battle spatula with you!

September 22, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterBI Fan

Please don't flip me over press my juices out ! In panel three, the robe just looks longer based on the arm length. I can't wait for the next episode, "The Moon Man Stikes back"

September 22, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterJames Yeamans

Yeah, some of those juices are pretty important, you don't want 'em pressed out!

September 22, 2009 | Unregistered Commenterp

...but then again, depending on who is doing the pressing, there are some of the juices you MIGHT want to have pressed out...um, maybe "pressed out" isn't the exact way you would want them extracted, but you get my meaning.

September 22, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterJiggly McSickfingers

Where is the strap on the rocket hat? The details are not important.

September 22, 2009 | Unregistered Commenterjsmith1543

It's too bad I disabled the reply button forever with all my KFC rumors. I'm sure there are a lot of McDonald's rumors, too. Like the embezzlement of burgers by a sharply dressed short man who conceals his identify.

Maybe Spongebob and Hamburgler are the same person.

September 23, 2009 | Unregistered Commenteramber

Juices! Yes! My nivvles splote mit delight!

YES! The return of the moon-men! Dude seriously awesome. Thank you.

September 23, 2009 | Unregistered Commenterisiah

Anyhoo...

LOL

September 23, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterI am Tubby, yes.

This is the first thing to happen since I retired in January to make me think 'dang, too bad I can't work "battle spatula" into conversation at work'.

It's probably a GOOD thing I haven't thought that before, but you get the point. Poor Moon Men - all their plots turn to Moon Manure.

September 25, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterRobert

i recommend the creation of a moon-man logo t-shirt and/or hoodie. perhaps stickers. for two reasons: 1- it will cause your comic scholarship to have more funding, and 2- i would probably want one o' them shirts. perhaps a nice "moon man" under the logo would help, perhaps not.

September 29, 2009 | Unregistered Commenteryes

I would buy a moonman shirt. Two, really, since it would make a great gift.
