A well-developed sense of humor is a sign of high intelligence. You must be a genius, although your friends and the others you routinely victimize in your script may not agree. Their loss is our gain! You make my entire family laugh out loud and fight over who gets to read the new one first. Keep 'em comin'.
When I get a good idea, i totally won't stop thinkining about it. I'll space off, thinking only of my good idea. I won't talk, but if someone really gets on my nerves when i'm thinking/spaceing off, I'll stand up and shout, "I'LL SIC MY ARMY OF THE FLYING HOMELESS UNDEAD ON YOU AND EAT YOUR SOUL!" Even if it's a teacher. NEVER do that.
I can't find Rick's poetry site ... just wanted to test if I can get too a sort of good idea ... now that I know how remember it ... more or less. I agree with the Top Web Comics or something ... thing, uhmmm .... I would vote for you from different systems and ips, better I'lll write a quick note: "remember idea".
Love the comic and the site redesign. How can I place that ever changing banner for you site (in the upper right corner, next to the paid ad) on my site? I think it would make for a good link button to your stuff.
I used to have the same problem, and, like any aspiring writer, I was tired of scribbling down my ideas in a mad flurry. Half the time, I ended up inventing a new alphabet--and I was a crappy translator.
So I switched to a digital voice recorder, a favorite tool of many paranormal investigators hoping to catch a sound byte from the Great Beyond. But now I have this problem: "Okay, idea for Project X... Character A walks into a... uh, I guess a bar of some sort... [five seconds of silence] And, um, then he sees Character B who's... who's toying with something... uh, it has to be important to the plot... [strange, garbled voice yelling: "Get to the damn point!"] And, uh, then a fight breaks out."
Just wanted to say (since 'Your hide will make a fine poncho!' is in the top corner currently) that 'How to Fake a Smile' make me laugh hysterically no matter how many times, even in a row, I read it. Methinks I should print that one out.
I was wondering if you had gone on hiatus because I couldn't get your feed on LJ anymore and then it occurred to me to visit the site. Is there any reason LiveJournal's syndication isn't picking this up anymore?
