YEP, IF NEED BE!
I think there's a void you could fill in the professional services arena. It's too bad www.thecatwhisperer.com is taken.
[...] Instructions is a hilarious look at how to do simple things like modify your pet’s behavior or choose a gift for someone you don’t know well. This last one should come in handy as [...]
This comic perfectly describes how every cat I've ever known and I have interacted. I still talk to them like they're human, because a good cat is superior to most humans by so far it's not even funny.
sadly, this is the same technique i use to discipline my toddler. really wish my husband had said yes to getting a cat instead of a baby.
A good and interesting read, thank you.
I never tire of looking at this Basic Instruction...it's all too familiar!
This one made laugh out loud. Thanks!
I have three cats that do this, and one of them wants to be pet but is reluctant to let me pet him. I guess being born and spending a month in the basement does that to you.
'Oh, you wicked little thing!' cried Alice, catching up the kitten, and giving it a little kiss to make it understand that it was in disgrace. -- Lewis Carroll, Through the Looking Glass
jean, that quote perfectly describes my wife's stance on cats...me, i'm a lizard person.
OMG... I've been reading through the archives and this made me burst out laughing. I spit coffee on my monitor because this is EXACTLY what happens in my household. thank you for making my morning!
I like the implication that Scott is the pet and the cat is modifying his behavior.
Wow, I just got that.
And yes, my cats have trained me very well.
The first panel alone was enough to make me laugh out loud because that's exactly how I am with my cat in the morning. The rest of the comic is the rest of the day...every day... Cats always win...
I have watched this scene play out between my boyfriend and his cat a dozen times...this cat even kinda looks like his. I laughed so hard I feel out of my chair
I was unaware that your cat was a rare and legendary pokemon
Dogs have Masters
Cats have Staff.
This reminds me of one of our cats... he's neurotic. He is the only animal I've ever met who is both terrified of people and ridiculously needy.
"Pet me!"*step forward*"AAAHH NO GET AWAY!!!"
For my cat, the cuddling is actually punishment...
We've all been trained to obey our cats ... heil kitty
You could probably get your cat to stop meowing by cuddling it every time it meows. Cats are perverse that way.
