That's a really good question. Seems like it'd be less, since you haven't the hair getting pulled around from its roots... but then you've got the hard knuckles right up against your skull, with no hair to protect it. Perhaps it's the same amount of pain, but a different variety.

Are noogies more or less painful when you're bald...?

I myself am bald, and they hurt more. Hair is a cushion that few are without.
But, Karanamos, if you are bald, how do you know what noogies feel like to a person with hair?
No doubt he had hair in the past, and so could experience a noogie with it.
