Ha-ha the following story is absolutely true, just happened a moment ago in my office in Mexico.
A few minutes ago i was reading a couple of instructions, you know, for a little fun on the work, when my boss just showed up very quickly, i didn't see him coming, so he says: -"what are you reading?". I, totally busted, couldn't change the page so he starts watching the instruction and when i thought he was going to reprehend me for being distracted with a comic strip he says: -"Ooooh, OK, I'm happy to know you are taking English classes on the net, what page is it, may be i can give it a shot?". And i say: -" mmm... eeerrrrr... mmmm... basicinstructionsdotnet... Sr." And then he says: -"oooh I'm sorry that you are, still, on the basic level, you tell me when you get to the advanced levels and we may practice a little, but keep studying". And then he leaves.
So, apparently, this page passes easily for an English teaching method, doesn't it??????????????????????
Note from Scott: That's the best thing I've heard in a long time. Finally, my wordyness pays off!

"I guess I was trying too hard to impress you."
