My sister wanted to be vegetarian, but she didn't like vegetables. A case of life imitating ar- umm, I mean sarcasm.
One wonders what kind of conversation would have had to occur for him to mention that....

From later strips, this man would say something like that with minimal provocation. Maybe he just said something about Scott's T-shirt. Or, he wants Scott to block the e-mails he's always getting from that web site.
