Remember last month, when the Kindle version of Off to Be the Wizard was on sale on Amazon, but only in the US? Well, now it’s the UK’s turn

As always, thanks for using my Amazon Affiliate links (USUKCanada).

So it's the customer's own money. This means he can't be from some government department, as was speculated in a recent comic.

I guess he can't be a cog in a larger machine, like Scott is, with no say about whether or not to turn up to these meetings. He actually hopes that his time will be fruitfully spent here.

The plot thickens.

People are always banging on about optimism and postive thinking; they're all a complete waste of time.

Ooh, is that a 2015 in the corner? What a grand occasion!

My guess, based on my past experience, is that Scott works for a company that I won't name. Okay, so maybe I'll give their initials: AT&T.

I'm sure Scott's seen this, but linking for others who haven't. It's the end of a week long struggle to change the copyright date on the strip.

So the assumption is that Scott can't just do the work, like an honorable service provider should, because Mullet Boss (or higher up) is comfortable with the game plan to take clients money and then not produce?
At the end of the day though, this is the type of place that Scott chooses to work at.... why?
I do understand that this makes for some convenient vehicles to the comic, but either Scott is a bad service provider, or complacent in the shady business practices of his employer. tsk tsk

The comic's copyright says 2015. That's obviously a typo, as it's been made quite clear in the past that the copyright is supposed to show the previous year, not the current one. Scott, be sure you fix this and change the copyright to 2014.

Remember, its not 2015 till the first Basic Instructions comic has the copyright date saying it is!

DONT BELIEVE IN CALENDARS PEOPLE!
