re bringing back Uncle Ben as a bad guy, they did that 2 years ago. An alternate universe Ben Parker was used.

Or you could just invent a new character who is similar to the previous one (with two-face I think they actually had it in one comic book be someone playing him in a movie whose makeup wouldn't come off, I think that was on wikipedia check me if I'm wrong).
