Barium enema. Absolute worst. No anesthetic. Although if they used the same pressure for a scrotal exam that they use for a mammogram, I might change my vote.

Having had a few scrotal ultrasounds recently, while the pressure can be uncomfortable, it's no big deal.

The testicular biopsy I had afterwards though, that is no joke and every bit as painful as you think it is.
Any you have a nut the size of a kiwi fruit for a week.

So, the fourth panel turned the whole strip to be about Scott successfully avoiding the topic of his scrotal ultrasound rather than Rick unsuccessfully avoiding the topic of his prostate exam.

I had a ultrasound on my sack because one of my balls ascended and they couldn't find it manually, it was by a big russian dude, it was awkward, now I don't feel alone. haha.

The worst part about my scrotal ultrasound was that there was nothing wrong with that part of my anatomy. Turns out I have two bad discs in my back.

Ungh... I've had both a prostate exam and a scrotal ultrasound.... and I'm only 20. x_x Some of life's pleasures.

I can say from experience, though, that the prostate exam is by far the most comfortable of the two. Although that may have been because it was done by a male, while the other was done by a female.

And there was, erm, testicular compression. *shudder*

Actually, I've had that ultrasound. Not as bad as it seems, just awkward, especially when the doctor tries to make conversation...

I had a scrotal ultrasound as well, and they found something, so I had to come in for further tests.

In a teaching hospital, so I had a group of students fondling my balls....
