SEE THE MOVIE! READ THE GRAPHIC NOVEL! This joke is so good... it's just so visually-stimulating, er, um... well. Would absolutely love it if they created tie-in merchandise to this effect, but you'd never be allowed to wear it in public, unlike the Hulk hands.
Scott, if it felt like the last comic you drew went over the heads of too many of us, I think you've MORE than redeemed yourself with this one!
That is awesome. I guess some might find the fact that it's blue and glowing a, uh, turn-on? At least, the extra geeky ones that saw the movie, anyway.
SCOTT - You simply MUST start putting a "Share This" badge on your comics - the ones that let you share a page via the various social networking sites (Facebook, Y! Buzz, Digg, etc. etc.) The goodness is to good to be limited to the few who have discovered you...
This really speaks books about the infantilism of u.s. people...I have seen Watchmen twice, once with a crowd of comick book aficionados and once with a group of friend who are not into comics at all...well, no one, NO ONE took notice about Manhattan's penis...he's a large blue glowing man, so it's natural for him to have masculine attributes which match...u.s. people seem a bunch of giggling 3rd graders...you may say that living in Italy one gets exposed to lots of full nudity which is not regarded as sexual or obscene in the form of Classical, Renaissance or Neoclassical sculpture (think of Antonio Canova's "The Three Graces", they are a trio of hot chicks who are stark naked and no-one in his sane mind would giggle or make a fuss about them)...however the whole "Manhattan's cock" thing just reinforces the stereotype of the unistatesians as an immature bunch of dolts...
One of you said you saw parents with 10-12 year-olds at the movie... Bah, their parents are idiots. People who ignore film ratings and judge movies only by the still frames and trailers should not be parents.
Also, giant glowing blue wang. Was it that big before?
Hey, Scott! Big fan of your comic and Watchmen (both the movie and graphic novel)! I'm really pleased with this, seeing how it concerns one man's love for my favorite movie ever. Also, third panel is ... "Oh, AWESOME!"

Hey scott what ever happened to your brother? He was in like one strip then he vanished.
"I like to think the “Awesome!” in panel 3 is not sarcastic."
Same here.

Ditto. I'm 20(Went to see it shortly after my birthday), and I was half-tempted to swat some of the OLDER people for making comments about it.
I predict a run on blue fabric about two weeks before Halloween...
I just want a "Rorschach Was Right" t-shirt.
I just saw this movie. Very very good!
This. This is.
WHY ARE YOU SPYING ON ME.
I'm actually right in the middle of the movie. Thanks for not ruining it for me.

*whimper* Dr. Manhattan scares me with his whole 'nakedness' thing . . . will he ever wear pants on a daily basis?
