Fans of Wil Wheaton (There’s a divisive way to start a sentence! Hahaha, it never occurred to me before, but you can pretty much never shave (at least in the comic).
Well, you could, but then things would be different.
That's "Happy Little Trees" as I recall. Much like him, I just cannot draw (or paint) people at all. Loved his scenery, but he often ruined it by placing a building or something in his painting that distracted the eye. 30 minute masterpieces.
I only saw Bob Ross once on TV, thanks to the forerunner of YouTube. That would be the wacky friend who you happen to visit when said show is on.
I, for one, can both use RSS and understand the purpose of the read more link. It is nice to see the shininess in the RSS feed.

Goatees are cool. Thinking they aren't is grounds for divorce. And courts always favour people with goatees.

I've never heard of this Bob Ross(yeah yeah, I could Google it) but of course I get the point of the comic without it.
The secondary point is that Scott can keep his trademark goatee in BI regardless of what he now looks like in real life. Pretty sure I saw a photo where he'd shaved it off. By now he may have a ZZ Top beard and a hair cloud.
Goatees aren't dated. The beard of evil is never dated.

I didn't know who Bob Ross is, and good lord that man has a comforting voice.
That Wil Wheaton app just should not be, it makes me anxious and irritable, I need to go watch me some Bob Ross until I calm down and can breathe normally again.
Got rid of mine when I realized it was a face mullet.

Now, unrelated business:
I think it would be pretty cool if Scott could implement some feature that lets the reader move to the next or previous comic by pressing the arrow keys or some other keys (à la smbc). Or maybe make it so that clicking the strip itself makes you move to the next comic (à la QC).

I loved Bob Ross's show on PBS. Loved his "happy trees" and "happy squirrels"... Yeah, I remember those shows. "Okay, let's put a big, happy tree here in the woods. Its long branches fan out every which way. And behind the happy tree is a machine gun nest. That's going to be our little secret, okay? And maybe a squirrel lives up in the tree, over here in the crook of this branch. And if you can't keep our secret, well the sniper up in the happy tree will take you out. Okay? Yeah, let's mix a little titanium white with some Van Dyke Brown. Yeah, that's the color we want. Now get out your fan brush..."

@ACF --Scott shaves every day -- the sides and back of his head, his neck, and his cheeks. He goes through a lot of trouble to look like a bald dude with an outdated beard!
I admire your use of the subtle lean in this and at least one other comic. It's a good way of getting maximum mileage out of the art, adds a frisson of lifelikeness. (A frisson? A soupcon, perhaps? Ehn, ca ne fait rien.)
Hair is for suckers, but I can't bring myself to get rid of mine. It pisses me off but I hate myself without it.
I secretly hope that one day I'll wake up bald and have an excuse to not take care of it.
