I recently went with cheap disposables because I was disgusted by the price of my favorite blades (Gillette Fusion). I stuck with the Gillette brand, though. What I found out was that I cut myself more often, the shave was more uncomfortable, and never as close. I am now back to the expensive blades, although I am tempted to go old-school and just get a straight razor.
